ABOUT

“Treat people as if they are what they should be, and you will help them become what they can be.”

– Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

About Palma

As a person in the workplace, you have learnt the value of perseverance, determination and plain hard work. Where others see problems, you find solutions. Where others are slow to act, you roll up your sleeves and get to work.

People like us define success by what we accomplish both personally and professionally. We feel called to be more, do more and give more.

It’s about so much more than your resumé. It’s about making a difference through your work. It’s about being a role model your children or colleagues can look up to.

It’s about leaving a legacy you can be proud of.

Know More About Palma

Juggling a career you love with your other personal priorities isn’t always easy.

Some days, you find yourself snapping at those you love. You can’t remember the last time you had a decent night’s sleep. You are either thinking of your to-do list or running to go and do it. Then one day, you look in the mirror. Or worse still, your health is on the line.

Does “having it all” mean we have to lose ourselves in the process?

I believe there’s a way for us to show up as leaders without burning out.

My name is Palma Chatonnet.

And my Being Yourself and Achieve Your Dreams programme helps people like you follow your ambition without sacrificing your quality of life.

I deeply understand people like you — because I’ve also lived it. I worked in the business world for 15 years whilst being a mom. I started my own company in 2006, working night and day to build it up.

Life was full-on every day of the week. Until one day, it started to catch up with me.

When I carefully reevaluated my priorities, I learnt to embrace a different way of being. One that has a positive effect on myself and others. And I want to share those learnings with you through my coaching  and therapy.

There are so many people like us who feel, deep down, that there HAS to be a better way.

A way that doesn’t wear “busy” or “exhaustion” as a badge of honour. A way that doesn’t involve renouncing our authentic selves to get ahead.

We can lead the change in our families and in our workplaces. But it starts with changing ourselves.

My job is to help you do just that. So you can step into leadership from a place of strength and authenticity.
